Bell Intercoolers is here to meet your industrial intercooling requirements with a full range of US-made, air/air and liquid/air intercooler cores and fully custom intercooler assemblies. We specialize in custom intercoolers and can design and build assemblies to your specific requirements, for your specific operating conditions. Our engineering and manufacturing teams can work directly from your drawings or we can assist you in designing the best intercooler assembly for your unique application. Bell Intercoolers is experienced in designing and building systems for Off-Highway, Stationary, Genset and Dyno Test Cell use. This experience, combined with our large inventory of 3000+, vacuum-brazed air/air and liquid/air cores, means we can create your custom assembly in weeks, not months. At Bell Intercoolers we specialize in custom intercooler assemblies. Our engineers are highly experienced in intercooler and forced induction system theory and design and we can readily apply that expertise to your project. Our high quality cores and extensive knowledge allow us to create industrial intercoolers and heat exchangers capable of performing under extreme demands. Systems enduring pressures of 100 psi and charge air thermal loads of 500+º F are not uncommon. Regardless of your performance requirements our goal is to help you find the best intercooler core or assembly for your application. Call us today to discuss your next intercooler project. Bell Intercoolers is ready to help.

Use our online inventory system (below) to compare air flow requirements and find the core that best meets the needs of your application. Cores are separated into categories based upon available core thickness (Dimension A in the Air/Air and Liquid/Air diagrams on the right). In each of thicknesses you will find a variety of core dimensions (height and tube length), with listings for air flow of each core, shown in cubic feet per minute (CFM, based on 1 psig pressure loss across the intercooler core and a charge-air pressure of 10 psig) and core weight.

Please note Air to Air and Liquid to Air intercooler cores may not be the same type of construction, bar and plate or
extruded, and there may be dimensions that not available in both types. Also, if you should require a core size that is
not listed please contact us for possible special order options.

Items listed in black are in stock and ready to ship. Items listed in red are currently out of stock and will take more than
one day to ship. If it is out of stock, please give us a call and we will let you know when it will be available.

If you have any questions concerning the selection these components or questions about other options for your
application please consult our Help page or contact Technical Support and we will, at no cost, answer your intercooler
design questions.
