Bell Intercoolers, inc. Warranty Policy
While we take every possible pre-caution to ensure high quality and leak-free cores, the possibility of a leak, though small, exists. Unfortunately, leaks may not be detected until the liquid-caps, and/or the air-side end-tanks are welded onto the core.

Hence, if you choose to purchase the cores only, we are not able to perform a leak-test; therefore, we recommend that only experienced welders, able to repair a core leak, purchase cores, only, and be willing to make the repair without expecting to be reimbursed; you are assuming the responsibility to repair a potential core-leak. No credits will be issued for labor and freight resulting from a leak in a core.

If you choose to have Bell Intercoolers produce the complete air-to-air Intercooler assembly, or in case of liquid-to-air Intercoolers, have Bell Intercoolers at least produce the liquid caps, we will guarantee the items to be tested and leak-free, and the Bell Intercoolers standard warranty applies.


Bell Intercoolers Returns Policy
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment you may return your intercooler core, assembly or system to Bell Intercoolers. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be waived and return shipping cost refunded if return is a result of our error. Intercooler cores, assemblies and systems must be in unused and “as delivered” condition with no damage, welding, cutting or other modifications. 

Sending Your Return
Please follow these steps to ensure proper processing of your return:

1. Contact Bell Intercoolers (830-299-5330) to notify us of your return and will issue a Returned Goods Autorization (RGA) number to your return. Please note, we cannot properly process a return or refund without an RGA number. We will also provide return shipping address.

2. Pack item(s) and original packing invoice securely in box, including ALL original packing, accessories, documentation and promotional items. Items must be shipped in original or similar shipping box to prevent shipping damage. Please write RGA number on original invoice and include in box, so we may contact you for proper processing of your refund.

3. Mark outside of box with RGA number.

4. Please ship item to address provided with RGA number. Ship with insurance for purchase price of item. Items lost or damaged during shipping will not be accepted for return.


Refunds
Bell Intercoolers will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected and processed the returned item. Refund payments will be issued by check within five (5) days of processing the returned item.
